Return, Refund & Cancellation policy
- Digital services (one-time projects): Refunds are handled case-by-case; milestone payments are non-refundable after work has started. A project cancellation policy is provided in the signed contract.
- SaaS subscriptions: Monthly plans can be canceled at any time via the account dashboard. No partial-month refunds for voluntary cancellations. We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Consulting sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are charged 50% of the session fee.
Dispute & chargeback process
Customers should contact support first; we maintain logs, deliverables, and timestamps for every engagement to resolve disputes. If a chargeback is initiated, we will respond with evidence to the card issuer.
Legal & export restrictions
Services are not available in jurisdictions where provision of these services is prohibited by law. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
